I work as a Community Manager here at hi5, and I also keep hi5 Translations running smoothly. So please let me know if you have any questions or feedback about our Translation Program or any other hi5 feature.

Favorite Music
Music...a random mix of da flash brothers, nick warren, amr diab, diana hadad, miriam faris, fairuz, lucky dube, albarosie, peter tosh, thievery corporation, hector lavoe, and even cheezy 80's bon jovi has its place.
The new version of hi5 is starting to roll out to more people now. For those of you who haven't seen it yet, here are some of the highlights:
**New Style**
We've got a new logo, some new colors, and a new style on all pages. A group of members chose the logo for us, so thanks to everyone who voted! Hopefully you'll agree with the beta tester group that this new look is more modern, fun, and appropriate for a Social Entertainment site in the 21st century =)
**hi5 Stars**
We've added avatars so that you can have your own customizable character on hi5. Right now your Star lives on your profile, but in the future it will also allow you to be the star of the show in games and other activities on hi5. More outfits and things to do with your avatars will be coming soon!
**New Navigation**
We've moved things around in the header to make it easier to find a lot of features (including groups, which are just 1 click to navigate to again now).
**Profile Changes**
Some of the biggest changes are on your profile: *Info is moved up to make room for hi5 Stars *CSS is no longer enabled on profiles *Applications are no longer active on profiles (you will need to navigate to the app's main page to use it now)
These last 2 changes on the profile page were done to increase speed, consistency and security on profiles, which are very high traffic pages on hi5. We recognize that some of you will miss the codes, music, etc that allowed you to customize your profile in the past, but we hope that this change will allow us to focus on providing better, faster entertainment for everyone. This should in turn allow us to find new ways for you to express yourself on your profile.
So, please give the new hi5 a try, and tell us what you think! :-)
