Group Transfers (GTs)...
After a long anticipating waitting hi5 is ready to restablish its "Group Transfers" service. The service will be reopening this January 1st and along with it we have included a few rules/regulations to prevent abuse:

Transfers:
• To qualify groups must have 5000 members or more
• Groups with -5000 members will be put under hi5AveGroups
• The applicant must have a good standing record in hi5
• Be an active member of the group for at least 6 months
• Only one transfer per month/user

Hi5AveGroups:
• Group was abandoned or has no administration
• Is of good social interest to hi5 and its community
• Group has a clean standing record

Hi5AveGroups (hi5 Available Groups) is a group of moderators who are responsible for monitoring the groups that are in the process of finding the right candidates for group ownership. Hi5AveGroups is responsible for maintaining the group and its public topic inviting members to apply to be moderators or request ownership.

We invite you to start making your petitions as you see the need. We ask you to only use the help groups as they will take care of this service for you. The new service will begin in "learning mode" starting with 15 requests per week. Modifications to change number of requests will be considered on a per need base and depending on resources available for this service.

Transferiencias de grupos...
Despues de una larga espera anticipada para reiniciar el servicio de transferamientos de grupos finalmente les traemos esta notificacion.

Se les comunica que el servicio sera reinagurado el dia 1ro de Enero pero para poder tener control del servicio y prevenir abuso se les aplicara las siguientes regulaciones:

Transferamientos
• Para calificar un grupo tiene que tener mas de 5000 miembros
• Grupos con -5000 miembros seran puesto bajo hi5AveGroups
• El solicitante tiene que tener un buen historial en hi5
• Ser miembro activo del grupo por lo menos 6 meses
• Solo un transferamiento por mes

Hi5AveGroups:
• Groupo fue abandonado o no tiene administracion
• Es de fuerte interes social para toda la comunidad de hi5
• Grupo tiene un historial limpio dentro de hi5

Hi5AveGroups (Hi5 Available Groups o Grupos Disponibles de hi5) es un grupo de moderadores que se encarga de monitorear los grupos que estan en proceso de encontrar al candidato adecuado para ser el propietarios del grupo. Hi5AveGroups se encargara de poner un anuncio para que las personas interesadas puedan aplicar para ser moderadores o propietarios del grupo.

Se les comunica que pueden empezar a dejar sus peticiones dentro de los grupos de ayuda. El servicio empezara solo considiendo 15 solicitudes per semana las cuales se iran modificando dependiendo el interes de los usuarios y los recursos disponibles dentro de hi5.
